Shelva’s Help measuring Physical Education’s impact on Regressive Autism Diagnosis (SHePERD) is an observational noninvasive clinical trial designed to obtain evidenced based research results.  A university professor and graduate students will gather data on physical activity’s quantifiable impact on cognitive development in adolescents, ages 11- 21, with regressive autism and enhancements social skills with siblings as well as caregivers.
